in love with Tuscany and join me in a Tuscan journey! Our base will be
held at the La Montella in Contignano, which is a lovely villa built in
the l6th century and is now a Unesco World Heritage site! We shall eat
most of our meals (gourmet chef) there except for two lunches and one
dinner.There are three rooms that are more in the form of apartments…. they have separate bedrooms, sharing a bath with kitchens and sitting areas. There are also very large bedrooms with large bathrooms and the bed are separated in those rooms if people want to share and save single supplement cost. Spacious accommodations.
During the workshop will visit Radicofani, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcina, Sienna, Chiusi and Orvieto---- photographing the vineyards, the wineries, the mountains, the villages and the people. …. And anything else we find interesting ☺ it will be a true taste of Tuscany and Umbria at its best.
Some of our adventures will be: Spending a day in Siena and on the way home photographing the beautiful Belvedere Villa as the sun sets behind the mountains… one very full and satisfying day for sure.
We will photograph the sun setting behind the castle ruins at Radicofani, luncheon at a winery in Montalcina, and of course enjoy a wine tasting, photo the vineyards and classic Italian roads with lines of Cyprus trees along the way.
Spend a morning at the Market-Day in Montepulciano Statzione for shopping, photos, and tasting the foods and pastries.
We will tour and photograph one day and stay back at the La Montella the next to download and work on our images and just relax and enjoy the Tuscany experience.
I will be teaching creating an image by using many of the new creative apps on our iPhones/iPads as well as some of the new exciting apps/ software on our computers, such as Impresso Pro, Pastello Pro, LucisPro and Topaz’ varied plug-ins. I will share many new techniques that I have developed. It will be a fun, exciting and educational ten days.
